Rich Davis, Developer/Manager and CEO of BNA Development, LLC has been building custom
homes in the Nashville Area and surrounding counties since 2013. His portfolio includes custom
residential new home construction as well as commercial construction renovation and
development.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Rich has a long history in business management,
entrepreneurship and Real Estate Development.
He and his wife, Marshella have six kids, two of which are in college here in Tennessee at UT
Knoxville as well as Belmont University.
Rich and his family love Nashville and the middle Tennessee area and want to continue to
invest more into Nashville’s growing real estate infrastructure.
In 2019, BNA Development was responsible for the construction of over 24 homes in the
Nashville areas as well as over 100,000 square footage of commercial building renovation and
storage property development.
